To start you need:
1 lb. Flank steak (we used stir fry strips)
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Small Onion
1 pkg Fajita seasoning
1 Clove of Garlic
1 Tbls. Butter
2 Tbls Veg. Oil
Dale Seasoning
Soy Sauce
Salt and Pepper (To taste)
Red Pepper Flakes
(ignore the Margarita Mix in the background) ;)
Step #1:
Use half oil pour into pan when hot then add steak strips till brown.
(Sorry forgot to take a pic...Might have something to do with the wine....)
Step #2:
Remove steak strips from pan and set aside. Use same pan and add rest of oil and all vegetables. Add in tablespoon of butter. Cook for 3-5 Mins.
Step #3:
Once veggies are done add meat back in, and the fajita mix, dale, soy sauce and salt and pepper.
Step #4:
While performing steps 1-3 Start the refried beans (which we just used a can of pinto beans and mashed them once hot) as well as the rice that we preferred the jambalaya rice as apposed to spanish rice.
In new pan add pam and tortillas, on one side put queso cheese and fajita mixture of veggies and meat. Till cheese is melted and tortilla is crispy and brown.
Construct and eat!!!!! ENJOY!
