Steaks & Stuff

So we went to the grocery store together Sunday, which is always a good thing, and spent $50 on steaks. So that being said we had to make sure they were AMAZING because a)that is a LOT of money and b)that is a lot of damn money. We also cooked some cheddar garlic taters, salad, and baked beans.

-Below is how we made the steak and the taters:

You'll need 4 New York Strips
These are the spices you will need for the steaks.
1tsp. Roasted Garlic
2tbls. Montreal Steak
1/4tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 1/2tsp. Garlic Powder
1tsp. A.1. Dry Rub
1/2tsp. Paprika
Combine it all in a bowl and season your steaks. We cooked them on on the grill at 300 for right at an hour, which was medium.

For the taters you'll need:
3 Lg baking potatoes
1c. Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2c. Shredded Cheddar
1tbls. Roasted Garlic
4tbls. Butter

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. With aluminum foil make 2 bowls and spray with Pam. Add ingredients evenly in both bowls, then top each with 2 tbls. of butter, and salt and pepper.

We cooked these for about 40 minutes on 300 on the grill.
